6 Weekly Live Online Sessions

Each week, you’ll join a live online session with me.

These sessions:

  • explain the focus for the week

  • walk you through how to apply the plan in real life

  • address common questions and sticking points

Sessions are recorded, so you can watch back if you can’t attend live.
