WHY I STARTED MINDFUL MASTERY INSTITUTE
I created Mindful Mastery Institute to change how people approach sleep — because I kept seeing the same issue everywhere.
With a background in psychology and postgraduate training in CBT, I’ve seen first-hand how poor sleep, stress, anxiety and burnout quietly erode performance, clarity and long-term health — often without people realising sleep is the root cause.
Sleep isn’t just about rest.
It’s a strategic foundation for how we function — personally and professionally.
Mindful Mastery Institute exists to make sleep support practical, accessible and grounded in real science — not hacks, fads or pills.
