WHY I STARTED MINDFUL MASTERY INSTITUTE
I created Mindful Mastery Institute to change how people approach sleep. With a background in psychology and postgraduate training in CBT, I’ve seen first-hand how stress, anxiety, and burnout quietly erode performance, clarity, and health.
Sleep isn’t just about rest — it’s a strategic foundation for success. My mission is to make sleep support accessible, practical, and rooted in real science — not hacks, fads, or pills.
