WHY I STARTED MINDFUL MASTERY INSTITUTE
I created Mindful Mastery Institute to help change the way driven individuals and organisations approach sleep. With a background in psychology and advanced training in CBT, I’ve seen first-hand how stress, anxiety, and burnout quietly erode performance, clarity, and health.
Sleep is more than rest — it’s a strategic foundation for success. My mission is to make sleep support accessible, practical, and rooted in real science — not quick fixes.
